Course Framework

Whether you want to learn about how to better manage your energy, water, transport or your packaging requirements, there are issues common to each subject. To that end, all of our courses have been developed using a similar framework and all deal with:

• A general introduction to the topic which overviews the drivers for and benefits of managing a particular utility or resource

• A framework for analysing your resource or utility information

• The risks in not managing and accounting your resources and utilities and the opportunities that also exist to reduce expenditure, make savings and access funding. 

• Ways of assessing the viability of environmental projects and initiatives

• How to be more strategic in helping your organisation achieve its environmental objectives and how this feeds into your reporting requirements.

• All of our courses contain a toolkit that will help you to put what you learn on our courses into practice immediately.
