What is our cancellation and non-attendance policy?
Public course refunds and cancellations
To qualify for a full refund a notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing 14 days prior to the event.
A 50% refund applies to cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the event with no refund thereafter.
Substitutions are acceptable at any time and the substitute will receive all course materials and resources, on behalf of the original delegate.
Customised course refunds and cancellations
To qualify for a full refund a notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing 30 days prior to the event.
Refunds for cancellation of customised courses less 30 days prior to a an event are entirely at the discretion of Greenlight, a division of Greenstreets Environmental Resources Ltd. This is due to the nature of this type of event, which often requires significant customisation by us in advance.
Substitutions for customised course are acceptable at any time and the substitute will receive all course materials and resources, on behalf of the original delegate.
Public and customised courses - failure to participate
Where a delegate has booked and paid for an event in full and cannot attend on the day, giving no notice to Greenlight, this is regarded as a ‘no-show’.
A delegate that is a ‘no-show’ will receive all course materials and resources.
